Please note, an extra delivery charge will be applicable for UK deliveries to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and the following postcodes: AB21-56, PH11-44, IV1-56, PA20-88, All KW, ZE, HS, KA26-28, G84. If you require delivery to one of these areas please proceed with your order as normal and one of our sales associates will contact you to discuss further options and charges.

If you are based outside the United Kingdom (including the Republic of Ireland) please contact us by telephone prior to placing to your order and we can discuss the shipping and tax implications with you.

All products are generally dispatched within 2 working days of your order being confirmed. Orders will normally be delivered 2-5 working days from your date of order, however as this will vary from product to product we have added more detailed indications of a product's shipping time in its description. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched from our warehouse. Where it is not possible to deliver within our standard timescale (eg the item is out of stock) you will be notified by telephone or email within 2 working days of your order being confirmed and alternative delivery arrangements laid out. W-s-M Supplies has access to one of the largest product ranges available in the UK, and consequently where it is not possible to stock every item in our catalogue you can be certain that an item is being forwarded to our distribution centre shortly after you have ordered it.

Damaged Goods

We always check our items before we despatch them to our customers, however from time to time it may be possible that an item could be damaged during transit. If this is occurs with your cosignment please notify W-s-M Supplies within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. All of the packaging the item was shipped in should be retained, if the packaging is obviously damaged refuse the delivery or note this on the delivery note which the driver will ask you to sign by writing Damaged Package / Unchecked. If the packaging and goods inside are obviously severely damaged refuse the delivery entirely. Once the damaged items are received back in accordance with our returns procedure we will send a replacement product or, if this is not possible, provide a full refund. Once the goods have been delivered and signed for in good condition responsibility passes to the customer. Goods endorsed as 'received in good condition' or not notified within 24 hours as damaged cannot be guaranteed a replacement product. Unpack the goods and test the item as soon as possible to check for any obvious signs of transit damage. If the item is damaged or not functioning correctly in any way we will be happy to replace it by using the returns guide below.

Returns

If you have to return an item you have purchased from us simply follow this 4 step guide.

  1. 1. You will need your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned.
  2. 2. Contact us immediately via email: returns@propertysupplies.co.uk or phone Customer Services on: 01934 520751
  3. 3. We will immediately arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers.
  4. 4. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then despatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.
